Different poses of you in the same background
Photoshop cs6 or cc
First of all you have to take 2 or more pictures of you in the same background without moving the camera. Also make sure to take a picture of the background without you and to keep enough space between your poses. Otherwise it will be difficult to edit. (check below photos)

Then open your photos in photoshop and select the background (without you) as the main photo.
Then, by using lasso tool crop only your part in other photos and place them on your main photo and erase unnecessary parts.
